By accessing and using Easy Loyalty ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Easy Loyalty provides a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage points-based loyalty programs. Our service includes:

  • Digital loyalty card creation and management
  • QR code-based point earning and redemption system
  • Apple Wallet and Google Pay integration
  • Customer management and analytics
  • Reward configuration and tracking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Create fake accounts or manipulate loyalty program data

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. Payment is due in advance for each billing period (monthly or yearly) and is non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion for technical issues or billing errors.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Easy Loyalty and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

You retain ownership of your business data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement purposes.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY LOYALTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Easy Loyalty from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Easy Loyalty is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
