## FAQ

### Does this integrate with our POS?

Not yet. Staff record the bill amount in Easy Loyalty after (or while) they take payment in your existing till. POS integrations are on the roadmap.

### Can we exclude alcohol or service charge?

Staff type the amount you want to reward. If house policy is 'food only', they enter that number. The system does not split tender types by itself.

### What about groups splitting the bill?

Each guest who has a pass can be scanned for their share. Guests without a pass can join at the table in about a minute — or skip it. No one is blocked from paying.

### Do my customers need to download an app?

No — that's the whole point. Your loyalty pass goes straight into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers scan a QR code, tap "Add to Wallet," and they're done. Zero friction.

### How do customers earn rewards?

Pick the model that fits your business. Cashback: set a percentage (e.g. 10%) and every purchase adds that much to the customer's wallet balance to spend next time. Stamps: one stamp per visit, and a full card (you choose how many) unlocks a reward like a free coffee. Either way it's recorded with a scan and shows on the pass instantly.

### Does it work on Android too?

Yes! We fully support Google Wallet alongside Apple Wallet. Android users scan the same QR code and add the pass to Google Wallet — same seamless experience on both platforms.

### How long does it take to set up?
